The Annual Madison County Fair Association Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 4, 2013 at 6:00 p.m. at the Fair Grounds in the Family and Consumer Science Building.  Fair checks will be available for pick up at the meeting provided you turn in a completed W-9 form and signed buyer’s plaque receipt at the meeting as well as being checked off by the Extension Office or Ag Teacher for having mailed/delivered your thank you letter(s).  

All Madison County Fair Association Members are asked to come out and cast their vote to elect new members or re-elect current members for the 2013-14 Madison County Fair Board.  Current members who are up for re-election are as follows:  representing North Zulch – Rebecca Baker.  Current members who will be rotating off the board based on term limits are as follows:  representing Madisonville – Bob Colwell, Donna Farris, Mike Ghormley and Joe Ozio.  If you would like to run for a position, please contact Donna Farris at (936) 348-0092 by Monday, May 27th.  You will need to specify if you are running for a Madisonville position or a North Zulch position so that your name may be added to the ballot.

You may sign up for Madison County Fair Association membership at the meeting.  Annual Membership dues are $10 per student or adult.  Lifetime membership dues are $100 per student; $150 per adult; or $250 per married couple.
